It was already the wee hours of the morning when Anton was finally able to return to his suite in New Drennor. He enjoyed talking to his father about the different builds that were viable inside the dungeon, and Anders had said that since he was already used to using a variation of the Fist of Heaven build, he would try a new build the next day inside the Corridors of Amuneta Dungeon, tenth floor.

Anders said that he would first experiment alone since he was fairly safe on the tenth floor. Apparently, his father’s team was already used to Anders going off by himself in delving into the dungeon. Anton just reiterated to his father that his safety was still the number one priority.

“Hey, I’m the father here. I should be the one telling you that!” Anders jokingly said to his son.

Thankfully, because of the Pearl of the Ocean magic item that the blue whales and pink dolphins had given Anton, he required just a few hours of sleep, so by seven in the morning, Anton was already awake, feeling like he had slept a full ten hours.

When he woke up, Anton had decided that since New Drennor was a port kingdom, he would continue experiencing sea-themed events. He summoned a Raven and sent it to call Kirk, Mesono, Abdul, and Omar from the other suite. After a few minutes, the four young men arrived still wearing sleepy expressions on their faces.

“I want to swim in the sea!” Anders announced excitedly to the guys.

All four young men groaned when they heard what Anton had said. He knew that the guys were still very much excited about becoming a novice mage and would rather concentrate on increasing their magical rank by memorizing and casting spells in the suite, but then Anton reminded everyone that it was his vacation and he fully intended to milk the days for all the enjoyment that he could get before he dived deep into fighting the undead nonstop.

For a moment, the four young men looked a little ashamed, since it was their kingdom that Anton would be defending against the undead. Kirk and the three others talked to each other for a minute or two, then shared information with Anton.

“There’s a beach resort north of the kingdom that was supposed to be exclusive for the extremely wealthy. The beach and the sand were supposed to be the best in the Gale Continent,” Kirk said.

“Let’s go there!” Anton excitedly said.

“I thought we were supposed to go to the aquarium today to watch the magical sea creatures?” Mesono asked.

“I forgot about that. Let’s do that, and we’ll go to that resort tomorrow. Besides, I think we will need to buy clothing and swimsuits that can only be worn by the very rich, so we will not encounter any issues entering that resort,” Anton said.

“I don’t think that we’ll have those kinds of issues. We were told that places like that have their own ways to verify the rank of wizards, so once they learned that you’re a supreme rank wizard, the place will receive you with open arms,” Kirk said.

Since everyone was ready since they had already taken care of their personal hygiene, they went to a place that served breakfast, and after that, they headed to the aquarium immediately. When they arrived there, Kirk headed to the ticket booth and presented their tickets to the receptionist.

“According to the man at the booth, for six medium-level mana stones, all five of us can enter the second and last part of the aquarium tour, and they will also include the exchange service for exchanging a high-level mana stone for 100 medium-level mana stones.”

Anton said, “Sure,” and gave Kirk one of the ten high-level mana stones remaining in his inventory. Kirk and the other three gathered to examine the high-level mana stone. Anton overheard them saying to each other how beautiful the stone was and that it was the first time they had seen a mana stone, much less a high-level one.

Anton remembered that he intended to study mana stones since he still did not know how to use them in conjunction with his Diablo II system. He just kept forgetting about it. His shallow knowledge about the mana stones was that high-level wizards use them to increase their rank. How? He did not know.

After a few seconds of examining the mana stone, Kirk ran to the booth with it, and the receptionist gave a purse and five new tickets back to Kirk after the young man handed the high-level mana stones. When Kirk arrived, he handed the purse that contained 94 medium-level mana stones to Anton. At first, Anton thought of letting Kirk handle the medium mana stones so that Kirk would continue handling their expenses, but then he thought of the fact that the stones were high-valued enough that they could endanger the young man’s life.

Anton and the other four guys waited for a few minutes. Soon, the old couple and their teenage daughter, who were with them the day before, arrived and joined them. The couple and their teenage daughter looked delighted when they saw them. He knew that because they had learned that Anton was a high-level wizard, they were now trying to form a relationship with them.

Unfortunately, the old couple was not rich enough to afford the tickets for the magical sea creatures show and would only join them for the second part of the tour. While they were waiting for their guide, Abdul, the blabbermouth told the beautiful teenager that they were going to watch the third part of the tour, and that Anton had given them a high-level mana stone that the aquarium exchanged for 94 medium-level mana stones. The girl just laughed her pretty laugh, and the old couple smiled indulgently at the guys’ shenanigans. Anton knew that everything was acceptable as long as one was rich and powerful. Abdul even invited the girl to the resort. Anton saw the girl looking at her parents, but her father shook his head. Apparently, the said resort was much too rich for the old couple’s pocket.

“Don’t worry! We’ll pay for you and your parents! Right, Anton!” Abdul excitedly asked Anton.

Kirk, Mesono, and Omar looked horrified, but Anton just sighed and nodded. The girl squealed and suddenly hugged Abdul, who now had a blissful expression. Kirk and the other three had envious expressions on their faces.

Soon, their wizard guide arrived. It was the same one who gave them the tour the day before. The tour guide informed them that the archmage wizard who would give the final part of the tour would come once the second part of the tour was over.

During the next few hours, Anton was fascinated by the different sea creatures inside the aquariums that the tour guide showed them. He could not believe that some of them were not magical since some of them looked like they were magic personified, but the guide assured them that nothing was magical about the way those sea creatures behaved.

While they were being led, Kirk and the other three finalized their plan to meet up the next day with the old couple and the girl, so they could all go to that beach resort for the extremely wealthy people together.

The second part of the tour finished just before lunch, and their guide led them to the restaurant part of the aquarium again, where Anton and the guys indulged in eating all they could get from the restaurant.
