Victor agreed to assist Bing Shi with her request, looking at the group of people who were accompanying her.

He wasn’t into polygamy, and she seemed like quite a frivolous woman to be in a relationship with more than one person. But who was he to judge? Each to their own.

Someone with such a strong drive to live must have a lot to live for. He couldn’t relate, as he had no such drive.

As long as she sustained his drive, he would be a happy follower and would not question her motives.

It’s been a while since he felt this way. He couldn’t wait to have some quality time with his daughter and Elera.

He even had an urge to cook something good for them. If he only knew how he would have to work to the bone for it, since he would have to do more than a few favors for Bing Shi in order to have a vacation with them.

In the meanwhile, Felicia, the invisible ghost concierge, infiltrated the enemy spaceship and released Shina’s team from her space, depending on their Lady Boss to stall enough time for them to take over.

Bing Shi turned her body toward Xuan Mu, who pressed his massive swan forehead against hers. She touched his feathers, "I had fun. Did you?"

He nodded. It was a nice vacation away from everything, but responsibilities were waiting for him, and he couldn’t stay in this dream world forever.

They decided to repeat their vacation after each successful mission Bing Shi took.

"Mommy," Stinky Bun waved his hand from his Daddy’s swan neck, his fluffy tail wagging happily, "Come home soon!"

She waved her hand back, smiling at him, "I will, my little terror of cuteness."

Ziek jumped off Xuan Mu’s neck, grabbed her by the waist and pulled her closer, landing a fierce kiss on her lips before everyone present.

"Ugh, no PDAmmph!" Bing Shi tried to protest in between the kiss, but Ziek didn’t let her go, enjoying the sweet taste of her lips, and only stopped when someone kicked him in the knee, forcing him to bend it.

Ru Quan held the sleeping Dai An. He had created a barrier so the noise from the crowd wouldn’t wake her up. He would bring her to Bing Shi once she woke up later on.

"What are you? Some horny teenager?" Ru Quan chided when Ziek went for another kiss.

Ziek licked his lips, not even a little embarrassed, "When you are going to be jealous of me? It would make me so happy if you did, old man." 𝒇𝓻𝓮𝓮𝙬𝙚𝒃𝒏𝓸𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝓬𝓸𝒎

Ru Quan didn’t give him the satisfaction of answering him and leaned over to plant a kiss on Bing Shi’s cheek, ignoring Ziek, "Call if you need anything."

Bing Shi nodded, kissing his cheek back, then Ziek’s, then Xuan Mu’s, "Ugh," she quickly slithered towards her ship, destroying her ethereal aura with her awkwardly cute ways, "Too embarrassing for this old maiden. I will die of shame. Ugh."

They all chuckled as she hurried shyly to her ship, entering the force field that made her float in the air. Tyrion followed her from behind.

She would take him as a new addition to the team. He was a strong fighter and could be useful. Most importantly, he was now without a soulmate as well.

"What a harem have you been building huh?" Victor joined her on her other side, his eyes on Tyrion, "This one doesn’t seem interested in you thought."

"My new believer," Bing Shi introduced her new recruit when a pillar of ice shot out from thin air, sending Tyrion flying through the air, Victor barely avoiding it, the tip scraping his skin.

Nathaniel had been working hard on removing the curse around his body, and finally managed to crack a part of it. It wasn’t a perfect job, but he had to be strong enough to face someone of Shina’s caliber.

Bing Shi glanced at him, "Oh, there he is. My little snowflake," she greeted Nathaniel as if finally noticing him.

Juliet appeared by her side in a gust of wind, offering her hand in support.

Bing Shi grabbed it, making her identity as Shina Night very obvious to him.

"I still haven’t forgiven you for marking me against my will," she said, her voice filled with amusement.

Nathaniel’s eyes narrowed. He flew towards her, just for her to disappear with the wind, entering her space to change her identity to escape his radar.

’Against her will?’ Nathaniel frowned, ’I could have sworn she was honored to be marked.’

He turned around to see the dead bodies of the males she had just kissed. The bunny cub and the other woman were nowhere to be seen, probably taken to her space by her subordinates too, similar to how Tyrion had disappeared. Her people’s coordination have reached a terrifying level.

Shina had said that every partner she had ever had died. Ezikiel (Ziek from the abo world), Leon (Ru Quan from the abo world), and now these three bodies. She had left a trail of dead lovers behind.

Was Nathaniel going to follow the same path?

Was he going to be the next victim of her cruel fate? Or would he finally be able to break this cycle and become the one to live alongside her forever?

’Why would I like a whoring slut like her, who’s been with so many men, that they are all dying around her?’ Nathaniel scoffed in his mind, ’I will not fall for her, not like the rest of the fools. I will not be another name on her list of dead lovers.’

So what if he marked her? He didn’t like her. It was just a whim. An impulse. Nothing more. He was not attached to her in any way.

Nothing about her appealed to him. Not her looks, not her personality, not her attitude, nothing.
