Placing Tara on the bed, Rowen patted her slightly , "don’t cry, you know I don’t like it when you cry."

Rowen said as he removed the little tears that had formed on his daughter’s eyes.

Sobbing, Tara said, "but papa you lied to me."

"Lie? When did I lie?"

"y-you said that whatever we wish on our birthday will come to pass but it clearly didn’t." she continued crying.

"Okay, now tell me what you wished for?"

Hesitating slightly, Tara finally revealed, "I wished that mama and papa will come back together again and that we become a very happy family b-but papa threw mama away and Uncle Erin and mama want to get married. I don’t want uncle Erin to be my stepfather and also don’t want Aunt Rachel to be my stepmother, they are both wicked and mean."

Hearing all she had said, Rowen sighed slightly. He didn’t want it either, but Vanessa had left him no other choice.

"don’t worry baby, everything will be alright." He said as he pulled her in for a soft hug.

The next day news about Vanessa and Rowan’s engagement reached the ears of the citizens of Graceland as some people were happy the couple was separating while some were sad.

Fiona of all people was surprised, Vanessa refused to tell her why she had agreed to marry Erin.

"Tell me Vanessa, I deserve to know after all you called me your partner in crime." She whined not letting Vanessa go.

Smiling, Vanessa patted her slightly on her head.

"Unfortunately, I can’t reveal to you the reason for my actions, but I promise I’ll explain to you when the time is right so for now, I need your help with something."

She said as Fiona immediately turned serious, "what do you need help with?"

Whispering, Vanessa said, "I need you to get me a certain drug.’ Saying that she pulled Fiona closer as she whispered something into her ear.

"I want to ask why you need that, but I know you won’t tell me... fine, I’ll get it for you but it’s quite pricey."

Grinning, Vaneesa stated, "I’m not rich and famous for nothing"

Saying that she pulled out a golden card from her paused, "lets teach some people a lesson Fiona."

Later that day, driving her car into the entrance of a black and glassed condo was Vanessa as she parked and stepped out.

She was dressed in a sexier way today as she wore a red body hug dress, but it was covered with the big brown coat she had.

Removing her shade, she exposed her golden eyes as she sighed. "Here it goes Vanessa, we can do it." She whispered to herself as she then made her way into the condo.

Pressing the doorbell, a few moments later the door springs open as Erin almost collapses upon seeing vanessa.

"V-vanessa? What are you doing her?" he asked sweat forming on his forehead as sensed something was wrong, he seemed too nervous to see her,

"Erin, who is at the door?" Eunice’s voice was heard from inside as Erin felt like fainting at that moment.

Now knowing the reason for his nervous behavior, Vanessa just smiled, replying to Eunice, she said out loud, "who else except Erin’s fiancée."

Immediately she heard Vanessa’s voice. She stopped what she was doing and quickly went to the living room.

Stepping into the condo Vanessa’s eyes were glued on Eunice who was dressed rather too comfortably for a woman staying in another man’s house.

"Vanessa, what are you doing here?" Eunice asked as her expression turned cold. "I should be the one asking you that question, weren’t you in jail the last time I checked?" Vanessa mocked.

Eunice scoffed, "thanks for reminding me, I had almost forgotten how my own cousin had sent me to jail."

Hearing that, Vanessa felt like laughing, "I didn’t send you to prison, your actions did so don’t you put the blame on me." Vanessa snapped back.

"Enough! Both of you, I remembered how just a month ago we were all good friends, I don’t know where all this malice started." Erin voiced out.

Facing him, Vanessa frowned, "it all started the day you cheated on me with my own cousin."

Hearing her words, Erin paused slightly not knowing how to defend himself at this point.

But Vanessa wasn’t ready to get rid of him yet, facing Eunice she then said, "Although I know it’s not completely our fault. If this bitch hadn’t seduced, you then you would have never cheated on me."

She said as Eunice laughed out loud, "I’m happy you know that I am more capable enough to seduce brother Erin," she smirked proudly as Erin flashed her an intense glare. She wasn’t helping with the matter at all.

Taking hold of Vanessa’s hands, Erin smiled, "I’m so sorry my love, you know how I easily fall to women’s seduction and I see Eunice as a sister, what we did was just a mistake, I promise it will never happen ever again. I’m yours and only yours."

Facing Eunice, he barked, "Quickly Eunice, apologize to Vanessa right now, let her know you will never hurt her again."

Frowning, Eunice refused, ’I’d rather die than apologize to this bitch.’ Taking hold of her bag, she warned, "Just you wait and see Vanessa, I’ll get my revenge on you for ruining my career and my life."

With that, she strode past Vanessa, intentionally jamming her shoulder with Vanessa’s and Vanessa immediately hissed in pain. Eunice had hit the shoulder which she was shot on, making her arm shiver slightly.

Ern sensed she was in pain but didn’t really pay any mind to her, in fact he was so annoyed that he felt like strangling her at this moment.

He was planning to have the night of his life tonight by sleeping with Eunice, making sure they go so many rounds that her entire back aches but now, his so-called fiancée spoiled everything.

Replacing his annoyed face with a happy one, Erin asked, "So my love, why are you here again?"

Hearing that, a smirk formed on Vanessa’s face as she revealed.
