James brought Lia to the basement of the second strongest guild of the nation, Silver Shadow.

A massive teleportation portal opening altar was carved into the entire basement ground, and hundreds of mages were working on it constantly.

Looking at all that, Lia felt quite fascinated.

"I didn’t know that our guild actually had such a hidden area..."

Hearing Lia’s voice, James smirked a bit as he replied in a smug tone,

"You are too young, Kiddo! You have barely ever visited the guild since childhood; obviously you are quite oblivious of its facilities!"

"This is the hidden teleportation portal opening altar that I got built specifically for the use of our Silver Family members!"

"In the future you will inherit this guild from me, so I advise you to start visiting the guild more often from now on!"

All the members of the guild that were working on the altar’s maintenance work looked at Lia and greeted her with a kind smile and bow of respect.

They all seemed acquainted with Lia despite the fact that Lia had never seen them all before, causing Lia to feel confused.

But her confusion didn’t last long when she saw hundreds of photos of her and her mother plastered all over the walls in the basement!

"What the!? Who took these weird photos? And why are they on public display like that!?"

Most of those pics were of Lia as a kid being mischievous or her being clumsy when holding a sword and training.
