Chapter 240: Maid

Tila’s mouth twitched, a sharp retort barely restrained, but she nodded again, her black eyes blazing with anger, her cheeks still flushed from their earlier exposure.

Kael reached into his pocket, pulling out a small bottle of lube, and tossed it into her lap with a soft thud. Tila’s black eyes widened, Lila’s following, both girls staring at the bottle, then at Kael, their breaths catching.

He pointed to the tail plug on the bed, its sleek form glinting in the moonlight. "Your first job as my maid is to wear the tail," he said, his voice low, commanding, a sensual edge in his tone.

Tila glared at him, her face flushing to her ears, her black eyes blazing. Lila’s black eyes flickered, her curls shifting, her faint smile holding a trace of intrigue.

"You’ll wear it," Kael said, his hazel eyes glinting, his grin teasing but firm, "and come down for breakfast. Make sure it hangs—don’t tuck it under your clothes."

Tila’s black eyes narrowed, her voice a low hiss, barely containing her outrage. "You fucking pervert," she muttered, her cheeks burning, her fingers clenching the lube bottle.

Kael’s grin didn’t falter, his hazel eyes steady.

He turned without waiting for a reply, walking out and closing the door behind him with a soft click, the sound echoing in the quiet hallway.

His heart pounded, the image from earlier searing his mind—Tila on all fours, her pussy and rim exposed, Lila poised with the tail plug, their shared vulnerability and arousal a dangerous spark.

Too much. Too hot.

Too fucking dangerous.

They weren’t even curvy and busty to his liking, but they were...

Twins.

The scent of breakfast hung heavy in the air—thick with spices, toasted bread, and the faint acrid bite of something overcooked.

Kael sat at the sleek dining table in Liss’s villa, surrounded by Liss, Freya, and Rhea, the morning sun filtering lazily through the wide windows, casting golden streaks across the polished surface.

Despite the pleasant light and full plates, a palpable tension buzzed beneath the silence, a current of unspoken questions and lingering glances.

Kael poked at his food, his hazel eyes flicking toward the hallway every few seconds.

He took a bite, barely tasting the charred eggs, his thoughts tangled in the implications of Tila’s new role as his maid.

Freya noticed, her blue eyes sharp behind her platinum-cyan hair, her fitted tank top hugging her curves as she leaned back.

Rhea’s amber eyes narrowed, her crimson hair loose.

Even Liss, usually too cool to care, watched him with a knowing smirk, her blonde bun swaying, her loose t-shirt and shorts clinging to her athletic frame.

She had joined the small clues she got and made a hypothesis, now she was just waiting for the scene to play out.

Rhea broke the silence, her voice sharp, her amber eyes pinning Kael. "What’s taking the twins so long?"

Kael didn’t answer immediately, his hazel eyes drifting to his plate, his fork pausing mid-bite.

Rhea leaned on one elbow, her gaze unrelenting. "Are they even here? Or did they run off?"

Freya glanced between them, her blue eyes curious, her voice sultry but probing. "Did you check on them, Kael?"

He nodded, his hazel eyes steady, his voice calm. "Yeah, I checked."

"And?" Rhea pressed, her amber eyes narrowing, her fingers tapping the table.

Kael exhaled, leaning back in his chair, his hazel eyes glinting with a mix of amusement and resolve. "I gave them an ultimatum."

The table stilled, the tension thickening.

Freya’s eyebrow raised, her blue eyes sharpening. "Ultimatum?"

Kael’s grin twitched, his voice firm but teasing. "If they want to stay with me, they will play by my rules. If not, they’re free to leave. I’m not wasting my time if they’re gonna act stuck-up. I have had enough"

Freya’s lips curved into a slow, knowing smile, her blue eyes sparkling as she set her fork down, turning fully toward him. "What?"

Kael narrowed his eyes, his hazel gaze meeting hers. "What do you mean, ’what’?"

"I mean," Freya said, stretching the word, her voice teasing, "you’re stubborn as hell. That sounds believable, Kael, letting them go. Totally believable. I believe you."

Rhea blinked, then caught on, her amber eyes glinting with mischief, her grin spreading.

"Ohhh, right. He won’t let them leave. Not until he’s thoroughly rehabbed them."

Freya snorted with laughter, her blue eyes dancing. "Exactly. Total bluff."

Kael lifted his hands, his hazel eyes gleaming with mock innocence. "Believe what you want."

Liss leaned in, sipping her tea, her blue eyes glinting with a lazy smile, her bun bouncing slightly.

"We used to work together," she said, her voice smooth, teasing. "Trust me, he always talks tough... until he decides to fix something... or someone."

Her words landed like a stone, the table quieting, the air heavy with unspoken truths.

Freya and Rhea exchanged a loaded glance, their eyes flickering with understanding.

Kael shifted, his hazel eyes steady, but he said nothing, letting the moment hang.

Liss broke the silence, her voice casual, shifting the topic. "Anyway, I’ve decided to let Freya cook."

Rhea nearly choked on her drink, her amber eyes wide. "Wait—really?"

Freya blinked, her blue eyes surprised, her platinum-cyan hair shifting. "You’re serious?"

"Don’t get excited," Liss said quickly, her blue eyes narrowing, her smirk sharp. "My pride’s still intact. But... yeah. You win."

Rhea grinned, her amber eyes sparkling with glee. "Finally, she realized she’s absolute garbage in the kitchen."

Liss glared, her bun swaying as she leaned forward. "Forget it. You’re getting dog food from now."

"Still better than what you call food," Freya quipped, her voice sultry but sharp, her blue eyes glinting.

"At least I don’t ride the high horse," Liss shot back, her smirk wicked.

"Jealousy’s ugly on you, Liss," Freya said, her lips twitching.

"Keep talking, and I’ll start spiking your tea with poison, i mean garlic," Liss warned, her blue eyes flashing.

Kael sighed, rubbing his temples, his hazel eyes amused but weary. "Okay, okay. Freya can cook, Liss can help. No poisoning, no sabotage. Just... edible food. Please."

Liss rolled her eyes but nodded, her smirk softening. "Fine."

Freya gave a mock bow, her blue eyes sparkling. "Your stomachs are safe once more."

Rhea clapped softly, her amber eyes gleaming. "Finally some real food."

A fragile peace settled, the table humming with a tentative calm, the scent of breakfast grounding the moment.

Until footsteps echoed down the hallway, soft.

A pair of two.

Hesitant.
