Reincarnation Of The Strongest Spirit Master-Chapter 1363: William Is Acting Weird!

"It seems there is some cunning bastard who read through my intentions... That’s new!" William couldn’t find any other explanation but that to justify such twist in events, "yet do you think this can stop me? You are delusional!"

His shout was so fierce and bloodlust that made even Lara next to him shiver!

"Spread my word, every force must find a mountainous area and control it. Make sure to mark these regions on these maps," William turned around and walked away, and Becky simply followed without the need for him to say anything over to her.

"Wait, what do you mean?!" Lara was speechless, but William simply kept walking without saying much more than this:

"Just do as I say! If they want to fight against my Fox guild, then I’ll show them what a huge mistake they committed by doing so!"

Becky followed him in silence for a long time. William didn’t stay in the city any longer and headed straight outside without saying a single word.

His mind spin with lots of thoughts. He was totally enraged, feeling like someone dared to attempt to destroy everything he built so far. And all that was for something useless like gaining more lands or expanding the kingdoms into pointless empires!

That part was the most that pissed him off! If the goal of doing all this was to make some greater good in the world, then he wouldn’t be this enraged from what happened.

"They dare to stop me... Fck them!" After almost an hour of continuous walking, he finally said these words.

"You didn’t cool off even after all this time?!" Becky was speechless when she felt the same intense bloodlust in his tone. She thought he was silent to try to calm himself down, never thought he was instead thrown in the middle of his rage.

"I won’t calm down until I kill them all," William furiously said, while his mind kept spinning relentlessly, putting more touches over his grand plan.

He never intended to take over the world, never planned to expand more than what he needed to. Even when he got the chance to take down the four kingdoms, he never thought of establishing a new kingdom or empire.

To him, terms like monarch, kings, and emperors weren’t that useful to his aim at all. He only and solely cared about having anything that would make him stronger, help him achieve his grand goal, nothing more, nothing less.

Even when he thought about expanding to the surrounding kingdoms, he never intended to be the first one to attack. If they minded their own business and left him alone, he would have done the same as well.

Yet he was now forced to take part in such useless worldly struggles. And even so, he knew he was more than capable of doing what everyone else thought was impossible!

"I never thought about doing this, not out of my incapability to achieve it, so let me show them what I can do! Follow me!"

"..." the two arrived at none other than the underground base he let the twelve bombs detonate at. "What are we doing here?!" Feeling puzzled, Becky couldn’t help but ask.

She thought William was leading her back to his guild main base, to thoroughly put plans and arrange what they should do next. She thought he would gather up his guild masters and start forming a grand army from there.

But he led her to the underground base where there was nothing else but a higher form of spirit power!

"We need to prepare for the upcoming big war," William gave her a weird side glance, as if she wasn’t aware of why they were here!

"My point exactly!" she sighed, "shouldn’t we be back in the city? Plan things with everyone you trust? Or perhaps we shall be at your guild main base, to plan and prepare?"

"My guild masters are spread all over the four kingdoms, or did you forget? There are thirty-five different armies fighting there right now!" William stopped when he arrived at the underground base, stood there to breath in and out the rich and high-grade spirit power.

"Then why are we here again?" Becky moved to stand in front of him, looking him directly in the eye.

"Take a look around, and tell me what you see," William calmly smiled, before he started to take lots of stuff out.

He took lots of forging gears, also equipment used to make elixirs and potions. At first Becky thought he was joking about what he asked her minutes ago. But when she saw what he took out, a thought came in her mind.

"You plan to make lots of materials for that formation, right?" her eyes shone brightly for a brief moment, before she suddenly realised something, which changed the look on her face, "but... You could have done it anywhere, not necessarily here!"

"That’s correct," William didn’t stop what he was doing, as he started to take lots of things. He first took lots of materials and herbs, arranged them in different groups. Then when she thought she saw enough, he started to do something totally bizarre!

"Then why are we here? And don’t give me such useless answers!" She started to grow impatient. For a reason she felt like William enjoyed doing that to her, something that she never knew why!

"You know when making something big, the quality of spirit power plays a big role in it," William kept speaking in a calm way, yet not giving her a satisfying answer.

"I know, but that doesn’t apply to processing the materials and preparing what’s needed for that formation..."

"Who said I’m here just to make that formation?" William raised an eyebrow, "I never said that!"

"You..." she clenched both fists tightly, trying her best not to explode at his face, "then what do you plan to do here?"

"Something that will win us this war easily," William kept taking out the thing that most puzzled her, weapons!
