Slime Leveling [Litrpg, Timeloop]-Chapter 168—Goblin Lord’s planning
'Damn…' Giliberu mused, clicking his tongue. 'He still doesn't let go of the topic—status.'
"Status," he muttered as a shimmering panel flashed in his vision.
[ Ding! Opening Status! ]
[ Status
Name: ….]
He roared internally, 'Hide… hide.'
The panel responded as the traits became invisible.
[ Status
…
Traits: N/A
… ]
His eyes widened.
Until now, he had to manually click to make changes—but here it happened instantly.
'It might have responded because of my emotions,' he thought, fear tightening his chest.
He went through his status for a moment.
He spotted that his level, class, and stats weren't hidden. 'It seems it's impossible to hide them… no amount of roaring works.'
He then left Mana Heart and Aura Heart visible—class traits.
[ Status

Traits: Mana Heart, Aura Heart
… ]
He waved the panel with his palm, and it flashed through the air—appearing in front of the Goblin Lord's eyes.
"Hmm." Goblin Lord hummed as he checked the status.
"Level 31… Tier One already," he grinned widely. "Not bad."
'It's not level—it's about the class,' Giliberu thought, clenching his hands.
High level doesn't mean much—by eating energetic food or swallowing mana crystals over time, it can be improved. But class is different.
As expected, Goblin Lord's voice rose. "Elemental Staff Brawler… and it's a plus-type class."
Giliberu felt a jolt run down his spine.
'Escape…' He glanced around, searching for a weak spot. 'No, I'm too weak.'
"Not bad, not bad," Goblin Lord burst out laughing—different from Giliberu's imagination.
He swiped the panel back to Giliberu.
"Now the skills panel," he ordered, holding his chin, lips still curved up.
Old Goblin asked with a tremor, "Elemental Staff Brawler… is it true, my Lord?"
"A plus-type class!" the two goblins beside him exclaimed.
"Yes, it's indeed true," Goblin Lord nodded, unable to hide his pride as his eyes gleamed.
"Skills," Giliberu muttered, not paying attention to them.
[ Skills

A large list of skills flashed in his vision.
'Hide… hide,' he urged.
'I'm shocked he didn't respond as I'd expected… but they would definitely feel something off if he sees my skill panel,' he thought, as a panel with more than twenty skills at a glance flashed—impossible for a newly awakened goblin.
However, it seemed he could hide his skills as well.
Since, in the next moment, the skills became invisible, and a new panel flashed:
[ Skills: N/A! ]
He nodded, feeling a weight lift off his chest.
'But I can't show an empty list. That would be inviting trouble. It's common knowledge: plus-type class has two times the skills of an ordinary class,' he thought, going through skills he could place back.
He left only the Elemental Staff Brawler class skills and a few, like Heavy Staff, Heavy Strike, in the list, then waved the panel to the Goblin Lord.
"Hahaha!" Goblin Lord burst out laughing, patting his chair—thud! "As expected of my son. He can already go up against Level 50 beings."
"A peak Tier-One Lord!" Old Goblin exclaimed. "How is this possible?"
"With traits of Mana Heart, Aura Heart, and plus-type class skills," Goblin Lord replied, still smiling. "And with the foundation of basic staff skills, he can easily go toe-to-toe against peak Tier One."
"But majesty—what about battle experience?" the scarred goblin asked, glancing at Giliberu with narrowed eyes.
"Yes, my Lord, Young Lord is too inexperienced. How can you be sure?" Old Goblin also pointed out his doubt.
"I said going toe-to-toe—not a battle to the death," Goblin Lord replied flatly.
"Oh…" the goblins understood, nodding.
"Son, go back to your room," he ordered. "I'll plan your training methods with the elder."
Giliberu nodded and dashed out quickly with heavy steps.
He sighed. 'One trouble overcame… he is very affectionate but also ruthless,' he mused. 'If I ever told him I was reborn—or anything close to it—he might kill me.'
He didn't want to test the Goblin Lord's knowledge with reincarnated beings.
In the past three years, he had personally witnessed Goblin Lord's ruthlessness.
---
In the Goblin Lord's dwelling—
"So, Elder… how do you think I should train Giliberu?" Goblin Lord asked, holding his chin.
"My Lord, since Young Lord already has a class, we should train him in the class weapon," Old Goblin replied after a pause.
"Yes, it's good—but about knowledge…" Goblin Lord said bitterly. "I know how to train him in combat, but I don't want my next generation of goblins to be ignorant."
Elder Goblin's eyes widened. "Lord, what do we even know to teach them? Even the language we speak is inherited."
Goblin Lord sighed. "Culture—we have none. Language—we only have one, given by the Voice of the World."
"I want the next generation of goblins to be more knowledgeable," he continued, narrowing his eyes and leaning back in his chair, "but we don't have enough knowledge ourselves to teach the next generation to begin with."
He paused for a moment, closing his eyes. "I'll teach him based on my experiences then."
"Yes, Lord. It's best for you to teach him how to be a good king," Old Goblin nodded, grinning.
The other two goblins in the dwelling didn't dare cut into the discussion of the two powerful goblins.
They only witnessed it, then nodded. "Yes, my Lord… It's best."
"At the beginning of the day, we'll take him to the hunt," Old Goblin said, planning carefully. "In the afternoon, we'll teach him spying and sensory skills—"
"And at night, I'll teach him my experiences as a ruler," Goblin Lord concluded, cutting in.
---
In Giliberu's dwelling—
Goblin kid sighed, lying on his bed.
"Training… what would they even teach me?" he muttered. "I just need resources."
He glanced at his new name with piercing eyes.
[ Status
Name: Giliberu {Semi‑Embedded}
… ]
'Is this an illusion?' he wondered. 'Or a real world? If not… how can it touch my soul?'
"Or this illusion itself is so powerful that it can confuse me with truth?" he muttered, spreading his limbs on the bed.
He fell asleep, unable to figure it out.
Thud! Thud!—heavy knocking woke him up.
He got up and opened the door.
"I decided to start teaching you from today," Goblin Lord said, entering the house.
Giliberu nodded blankly.
'Language—I already know… culture—do goblins even have culture?' he wondered.
Sitting on the bed, Goblin Lord waved his hand, signaling Giliberu to sit on the floor decorated with soft leaves—right in front of him.
Giliberu sat cross-legged in front of him.
