Minutes later, Amelia’s voice came from inside the room. "Minato," she called out... "You need to see this."

He jumped down from the roof and landed quietly on the balcony, then stepped into the lounge. Amelia was sitting on the couch, and the television was already on. The volume was low but clear enough to hear the reporter’s voice.

Minato froze where he stood. His name and face appeared on the lower third of the screen, along with the caption:

A blurry photo of him in his university art club uniform was shown next to the footage of him fighting.

Amelia turned her head slowly to look at him, then back to the television screen. "Are you sure this is what you want?" she asked flatly, her tone calm but with a trace of disbelief.

Minato’s jaw tightened. He walked closer, standing beside her with his hands in his pockets. His eyes stayed on the broadcast as it continued to show his face and name.

"Yes, it’s fine," he replied, sounding almost indifferent as he let out a quiet yawn. "It’s better this way. At least now, everyone knows the existence of other species."

Amelia frowned but didn’t argue. Minato reached out and patted her head lightly. "Don’t let it bother you," he said before turning away and walking toward the bed. He lay down on his back, staring up at the ceiling.

For a moment, the room was silent except for the sound of the TV playing lowly in the background. Then Amelia spoke again. "Where is the elf?"

Minato sat up, rubbing the back of his neck. "Right... I left her in the bathroom."

He got off the bed and walked across the hall to check on her. Instead of knocking, he pushed the door open without warning.

Inside, Radelia stood near the bathroom door, wiping her body with a towel. Her hair was still wet, and water dripped slowly onto the wooden floor.

Minato sighed quietly. He walked over to the closet, opened it, and pulled out a folded set of clothes that matched her size. Without saying much, he handed them to her.

She blinked, surprised by his sudden generosity. "... Thank you."

Her tone was hesitant, unsure of how to read his behavior. Minato didn’t respond. He simply turned around and started walking back.
