SMUT: I Summoned The Demon Lord curvey and broken Daughter-Chapter 47: A visit to the Souls tree domain
"Tukk."
Minato clapped his hands in excitement as he read through the new abilities and titles the system had given him.
After closing the window, he turned around and walked toward Amelia. She was sitting on the couch, holding the TV remote in her hand. The news related to Minato had ended, and the screen now showed a random program that neither of them paid much attention to.
Minato stretched his arms and yawned. The tiredness that had been weighing on his eyes started to fade. He rubbed his face and turned when he heard light footsteps behind him.
Slowly, Radelia walked past him from behind, wearing the clothes he had just given her. In all honesty, she was gorgeous... yes... but that didn’t change anything.
But then her stomach growled loudly. The sound echoed clearly in the room. She stopped walking, and her body stiffened a little bit. Without saying anything, she held her stomach gently and lowered her head, embarrassed.
She was not like him and Amelia, who could go days without food or water.
Minato watched her for a few seconds, then sighed. "Sit down," he said.
Radelia looked at him, unsure if she should move, but his tone left no room for argument. She walked over to the small dining table and sat down, keeping her head lowered.
Minato opened one of the drawers near the counter and pulled out a few instant meal packs the hotel had provided. He filled a kettle with water, set it to boil, and tore the seal off one of the packs. The smell of soup powder filled the air.
Amelia turned her head slightly, watching without saying anything.
When the water was ready, Minato poured it into the bowl and mixed it until the food was ready. He carried it to the table and placed it in front of Radelia. "Eat," he said.
Radelia blinked a few times, surprised that he was giving her food at all. She looked up at him. "Why?" she asked quietly.
Minato sat down on the other chair and leaned back. "Because you’re no use to anyone half-dead," he said. "So eat, get your strength back."
Radelia hesitated, then picked up the fork and started eating slowly. Each movement was small and careful, as if she still didn’t trust what she had been given, but had no choice but to eat it, in order to quench her hunger.
Amelia leaned on the armrest of the couch and watched them. "You’re being nicer than I expected," she said, looking at him.
Minato turned his head toward her. "I’m not doing this because I want to," he said. "It’s just necessary."
Radelia didn’t say anything. She kept eating until the bowl was empty, then set the fork down quietly. "Thank you," she said under her breath.

After Radelia finished eating, Minato walked back to the table and picked up the empty bowl. He placed it on the counter and rinsed it under the tap.
He then pushed open the traditional Japanese sliding door and lay down on the futon, facing the lounge area.
"I’m going to sleep," he said, with a low tone. "Amelia — wake me up if there’s anything."
"Okay," she replied from the couch without turning.
He turned his head toward Radelia, who was still standing by the table, and spoke more loudly. "And Amelia — if Radelia does anything suspicious, don’t hesitate to tell me. If it gets worse... kill her."
Radelia’s shoulders tightened at the words. Her eyes flashed with anger for a moment, but she said nothing. Amelia’s expression didn’t change; she only nodded once, serious.
Amelia stayed seated on the couch, watching Radelia for a long moment before finally standing and moving toward the corridor. Radelia remained where she was, hands folded in front of her, eyes fixed on the floor.
Minato’s breathing evened out. He didn’t sleep right away, but he kept his eyes closed for a bit, staying alert to any sudden movement.
He knew that once someone became his Familiar, they couldn’t harm him... it was part of the system’s binding protocol. But still, he didn’t want to take any chances.
Slowly, his body relaxed as sleep crept in. 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝚠𝕖𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝕖𝚕.𝚌𝗼𝗺
The next moment, Minato found himself standing in an endless field of flowers... The air was really clean, the sky was clear, and everything around him looked real... It felt so real...
"Am I dreaming?" he muttered, looking around.
Then in front of him was a large blue and green tree. Its trunk was huge and wide, and the leaves moved gently with the wind... The view was so beautiful that it was breathtaking...
He slowly walked up to the tree and touched it. The surface was warm. He could feel something like a heartbeat coming from it.
"My Dear."
Then a familiar voice called out to him, one voice he could never forget.
He turned around and saw the old lady from the bookstore standing not too far from him.
Minato started walking to her, from walked to running. She spread her arms open, ready for him to hug her...
But instead it was Minato’s fist... "You bitch."
His arm passed through her...
The old lady smiled faintly, unbothered. "My, oh my. What happened to the polite young man I met a few weeks ago?"
"What happened..." Minato’s eyes widened, his anger rising. "You’re asking me that stupid question."
"You gave me a real magic book, with real summoning spells, and you’re asking me what happened."
"For the past few days, I have been fighting nonstop, fighting strange entities, kill or be killed, and have become a murderer. I even lost my best friend to a freaking Cyclops... because of you."
"You have ruined my life," he said.
The woman’s expression didn’t change. She just tilted her head slightly. "Are you sure?"
Minato looked at her in confusion...
"This life you’re talking about... can you enlighten me about it..." She stopped talking for a second... "What is so different from your current one?"
"Was it better... Are you happier than you are now?" she asked, her tone calm but carrying a sense of guilt.
