Kai narrowed his eyes, while one of his eyebrows quirked. ’HUH? It’s the first time to see this "good luck" word ever since. Is it for real or... let me forget it,’ he said as he concentrated on the road.

They continued their journey, walking on clear ground with a few boulders on it, with only snow that was making their feet go down, leaving a trace.

After some time, Kai looked at the Arctos and said, "Hey, do you know where I can find that rock place?" simple question but helpful. 𝗳𝚛𝚎𝚎𝘄𝕖𝕓𝕟𝕠𝚟𝚎𝕝.𝗰𝕠𝐦

He got no response and looked down out of disappointment and said, "Mhh, I thought so. Okay, let’s go then."

They continued going to the northern side until the Arctos took a right turn, and it made a bit of a soft growl for an alert.

Kai heard its growl and saw it taking a turn. He said, "Huh, what now?"

It made that soft growl again as it turned and looked at the eastern side.

"Huh, are we supposed to go that way?"

It only released air with its nose as it continued to walk away slowly.

Kai followed, saying, "Why don’t you just speak already? How am I going to know what you want or what you mean?" "Furiously," he asked, with his face looking annoyed.

He looked at it again and said, "You should just speak. By the way, why don’t you carry me on your back since you are that big? Am I supposed to go marching while I have a friend who is this strong?" he asked, his face filled with a tempting smile.

It softly growled and stopped.

He looked at the beast as it stopped and asked, "Huh, why did you stop?"

It then released air with its nose like a cow as if it was sighing while it circled its head to the top.

"Huh, should I...?"

It lay down with its stomach, leaving Kai astonished.

"Ahh, what are you... wait, you mean I should ride?" He looked at the bear with confused eyes, then he turned his neck to the left as he continued to glare at the bear.

’I guess I’m just a little dumb; it wants me to ride on it. Let me try and see what it’ll do!’ he thought, while his heart pounded in fear.

He then rubbed its snowy and cold fur, and then, shakily, he looked at the top and jumped. When he sat on its comfy back, it suddenly stood up, leaving Kai taken aback and frozen as fear lowered down his back.

It started walking and increasing its pace every moment.

Silently, he thought, ’Wow, it really wanted to give me a ride, huh? That’s cool, and it’s lovely to ride it like this!’

He slept on its back with his stomach while his feet were hanging in the air, going downwards, and his hands were on each side for balance.

When it realized that he was balanced, it started running. Its big feet suddenly started lifting the snow up as it removed them when it ran, leaving a big gap on the ground in every spot where it stepped.

At first, his heart thudded for some seconds, and he was normal after he realized that it wanted to speed up. He started to enjoy the ride as he sat up straight, his face glowing with a smile while his eyes were on the road as he got alert for anything that was on the way.

Suddenly, he furrowed his brow and silently said as he held his chin, ’Wait a second, the system got a map right, which means I can find the rocky places easier. Why didn’t I even think about it earlier?’

He looked at his map that showed a plain land. His location was a simple star that was in the middle. To see more, he zoomed out to see a bigger place.

When he was zooming out, he saw a different look on the map. It showed some round ones, and they were different in size. Some were big and some were small.

On the left side, he realized that there was a difference. The screen was red like his eyes. From where he started glaring at the map, he saw that it was more of a desert, and the look of it was light with a bit of balls (rounds) on their way.

Then the left side had a big line that had a difference from where he was; he zoomed out again and realized that the line was the beginning of another landscape. It looked darker than where he was, hinting that it was a different place.

He scratched his head that had snow on top while he said, ’Mhh, I’m sure that can be a mountain, then those can be...’

He then loudly spoke that the Arctos heard him. He said, "Imhh, which means you were right, my friend. If I’m not wrong too, we are heading to a full rocky place." he said, with a faint smile printed on his face.

The rock-looking place was around 1 to 2 kilometers away. The distance was a bit big, but with the help of his new friend, they were able to reach it fast.

The rock place was more of another type of place where different types of animals and species lived.

The rocky place was meeting with a dark-looking place on the left side, making a corner where they met, but the rocky place had gaps of clear land since it’s rare for the place to be all rocky without ground. It will be a hill if it’s like that.

Suddenly, they started to see some rocks around the way. Started with small ones that were covered with snow, all over.

"We are here!" said Kai with a clear face with no emotions exposed.

The Arctos continued running. They got in a lot of rocks, and the Arctos started to sniff out something. They were now in the middle of bigger rocks that they had to climb or take a turn to cross.

Suddenly, while they were running, the arctos threw Kai off to a nearby rock, then it braked and looked forward with a scary growl that rolled from its chest.
