The Best Actor Insists On Living With Me!-Chapter 1650 - 1640: Gift (Part 4)
It’s obvious, Xia Siyu is here to "settle the score."
Bo Yan had been with her for a while, and as soon as he saw her mischievous smile, he immediately guessed what it was about. Xia Siyu must be upset about being tricked by him regarding his drinking capability.
From the beginning, when Bo Yan approached her, he feigned that he couldn’t drink, pretending to be someone who’d mess up with alcohol. But this disguise was inadvertently exposed by Han Yifan, and it couldn’t be hidden anymore!
Xia Siyu was still smiling at him, showing her white teeth, "Bo Yan, do you know what the most basic thing is when people interact with each other?"
Bo Yan nodded honestly, "I know."
Xia Siyu nodded, "Then tell me."
Bo Yan said, "Consideration."
"Shove it! It’s trust, trust, do you understand!" Xia Siyu was furious. Bo Yan gestured for silence and pointed towards the window. Although she had turned off the microphones in the room and there were no staff inside, there were people outside. If she was too loud, the production team would hear.
Xia Siyu reluctantly lowered her voice and asked, "Do you know what I’m trying to ask you?"
Bo Yan nodded again, "I love you very much."
"Love, my foot!" This time, no matter how many shushing gestures Bo Yan made, they were useless. Her voice was too loud, and it startled the production team outside, who knocked on the door, "Mr. Bo, Ms. Xia, is everything alright?"
Bo Yan quickly said, "Ah, nothing, nothing."
"Bo Yan, you jerk, you damn lied to me, do you not want to see the sun at eight or nine tomorrow morning? Do you want to taste what red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets are like?" Xia Siyu ignored him, damn it, this bastard had tricked her for years! Years!
Back then, when he approached her, he used the "can’t drink" excuse as a way to cling onto her. Later on, she thought both of them were drunk and foolishly slept with Bo Yan, feeling guilty about it internally. After that, when they were together, she would help him fend off drinks, even though she herself couldn’t really drink.
Turns out, this jerk was faking it! It’s one thing to pretend at the beginning, but he’s still pretending now! If it weren’t for his handsome face, she would have beaten him so badly even his mother wouldn’t recognize him.
Xia Siyu was fuming inside the room, and the production staff was legitimately frightened. Even though the surveillance footage showed her on the bed and Bo Yan on the sofa, several meters apart, the commotion seemed like it would escalate into a serious incident.
"Ms. Xia, Mr. Bo, what exactly happened?"
Xia Siyu and Bo Yan simultaneously said, "Nothing!" But then Xia Siyu added, "I swear I’m going to kill you!"
Looking at the monitors, it seemed alright. Xia Siyu was just throwing pillows, lamps, and quilts off the bed. When she picked up a bottle ready to throw, she noticed it felt a bit uncomfortable in her hand. Upon a closer look, it was her toner, a diamond bottle worth thousands.
She took it back, and as she was about to throw another small bottle, upon inspection, it was her eye cream, also worth thousands.
Forget it, breaking expensive skincare products over a lousy man wasn’t worth it. She put them back angrily and cursed, "Bo Yan, you trash, just wait, once the show is over, you’re in for a treat!"
The confrontation dissipated because of two bottles of skincare. The staff outside probably didn’t hear anything out of the ordinary, and the monitors didn’t show any physical contact between the two. Surely, the two were just having a minor disagreement. Isn’t that typical for Xia Siyu? A little noise and she jumps around, creating the effect of eight hundred people by herself.
It’s fortunate that Bo Yan is paired with her. If it were another male guest with a bad temper, who knows how they would have clashed.
Once the staff left, Bo Yan spoke slowly, "I get easily buzzed from drinking. As soon as I drink, my face turns red. That’s a sign of alcohol allergy, so not being able to drink is the truth."
Xia Siyu ignored him, turned her back towards him, and leaned against the wall, sleepily letting out a heavy snort.
"I don’t really like drinking. Although I never get dead drunk, I generally don’t drink that much. But..."
Bo Yan paused and stopped speaking. Xia Siyu lay there for a long time before finally snapping, "But what, speak!" 𝑓𝘳𝘦𝑒𝑤𝑒𝘣𝘯ℴ𝘷𝘦𝓁.𝑐𝑜𝑚
Bo Yan said, "Although I’ve never been dead drunk, there is one condition under which I do get drunk. That’s when the wine doesn’t intoxicate me, but rather I intoxicate myself."
Xia Siyu scoffed, "What do you mean the wine doesn’t intoxicate you, but you intoxicate yourself? You just lust after me, you pervert."
Bo Yan didn’t deny it, "Yes, I do crave you. Once we get back, I’ll humbly review my actions and accept punishment."
Xia Siyu couldn’t be bothered with him and lay back down.
Bo Yan in a low voice from his side said, "Also, it makes me a little happy. You always help me fend off drinks."
"Damn it, was I being stupid? Try to trick me again next time!"
Bo Yan just laughed. Being cared for and looked after with such concern—he hadn’t felt that way since his parents passed away.

On the other side, Zhou Weiwei had just survived the toughest day of the reality show.
Her place was in a better location than Xia Siyu and Bo Yan’s, at least it didn’t leak when it rained at night. But, built by the riverside, it was very damp. Being damp means that under the sun during the day, the cabin felt like a steamer. When the hot air rose from below, she couldn’t stay inside the room.
At night, the dampness was a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Zhou Weiwei was prone to mosquito bites, and as she tried to sleep, there was constant buzzing next to her ears. In a wooden house, closing the windows made it hot; leaving them open brought mosquitoes. There was no air conditioning inside, only a fan. It looked romantic but living there was pure suffering.
Zhou Weiwei sprayed herself thoroughly with mosquito repellent, but even so, she woke up with five or six bites, itching unbearably. It was worse because she was woken up by the production team at four in the morning—being by the water, she was to buy breakfast from the nearby dock for another couple.
The dock started bustling about four or five, and with mosquitoes biting her all night, a tired and overheated Zhou Weiwei arrived at the dock, overwhelmed by the fishy smell even before eating, feeling nauseous.
She managed to eat breakfast and delivered it to the others. Despite being exhausted, she didn’t want to return to the small cabin to sleep.
After a tiring day, Zhou Weiwei hoped for a better dinner with both families eating together, spending freely as well. The penalty for overspending was going fishing with a fishing boat at night.
While the others were asleep, only Zhou Weiwei and her young boyfriend were shaken awake at dawn and boarded the boat. Forget fishing—they could barely stand steady with the boat rocking, almost getting seasick. Thankfully it wasn’t an ocean boat; the waves at sea would have been more dautitng, and the two of them would have found it even harder to bear.
