The Cuckmaker's System: Netori fromm the First Day-Chapter 7: Breakfast Talk
Kai woke up to the smell of eggs frying and bread toasting. Sunlight came through the window. He felt good—stronger after last night. The system showed up when he thought about it.

He smiled. She was probably carrying his child already. Or soon would be.
He got dressed and went downstairs.
Thorne was already at the table, drinking water. Lira sat next to him, picking at a piece of bread. Elara was serving plates—eggs, bacon, fresh bread, some cheese.
"Good morning, everyone," Kai said.
"Morning, Kai," Thorne said with a nod. "Sleep well?"
"Very well," Kai replied. He sat down across from Lira.
Elara set a plate in front of him. Her hand brushed his fingers when she did it. She looked calm, but her cheeks were a little pink. She sat next to Thorne.
They started eating. Quiet at first. Thorne chewed slowly. Lira talked about the storytelling last night—some kids telling ghost stories.
Kai ate a bite of egg. Then he spoke, casual, like the thought just came to him.
"Something’s been on my mind since I got here," he said. "This world feels... different from where I’m from. Do magic and adventurers and other races exist? Like in stories?"
Thorne looked up, surprised but happy to answer. "Oh yeah, all of that is real. Not as common as people think, but real."
Lira leaned forward. "Magic is everywhere, but most people can’t use it much. Only a few are born with strong mana. They become mages or healers."
Thorne nodded. "Adventurers too. There’s a guild in the big towns—Eldor City, about three days ride from here. People join to hunt monsters, find treasures, protect caravans. Pays good if you’re strong."
Kai took a sip of water. "And other races? Elves, demons, that kind of thing?"
Elara answered this time. Her voice was soft but clear. "Yes. Elves are the most common besides humans. You can even see them in the capital towns—merchants, travelers, sometimes guards. They mostly live in the deep forests, but some come out to trade or work. Tall, pointed ears, long lives. Beautiful too."
Lira grinned. "I saw an elf once when I was little. She had silver hair and green eyes like leaves. Dad said she was a trader from the Silverwood."
Thorne chuckled. "Black elves are rarer. Dark skin, white hair. They live in the southern jungles. Not many come north."
He took a bite of bread. "Then there are demons. Very rare. Horns, tails, red or black skin. They stay in their own lands—volcano regions mostly. People say they’re dangerous, but no one I know has ever seen one."
Elara added, "Angels too. Winged ones. Even rarer. They live high in the mountains or in floating islands, people say. Only come down when the world needs them. Or so the stories go."
Lira looked excited. "I want to see an angel someday. Wings like white fire. That would be amazing."
Thorne laughed. "You’d probably faint if one landed in the village square."
Kai nodded slowly. "Sounds like a big world out there."
"It is," Thorne said. "But around here? Mostly humans. Quiet. Safe. No monsters close by unless you go deep in the woods."
Elara looked at Kai. Her eyes held something extra—warmth, secret. "But if you’re strong... maybe you could join the adventurers guild someday. See those other races for yourself."
Kai smiled. "Maybe. Sounds interesting."
Lira tilted her head. "You look strong. You killed that dire wolf with one punch. Dad said it was crazy."
Thorne nodded proudly. "He did. Bare hands. I still can’t believe it."
Kai shrugged. "Just lucky timing."
Breakfast finished. Thorne stood up. "I’m heading to the market for tools. Be back by afternoon."
He kissed Elara on the cheek. "Love you."
"Love you too," she said. Her voice was steady.
Thorne left.
Lira grabbed her basket. "I’m going to pick berries with Sara. See you later!"
She ran out.
The door closed.
Elara turned to Kai. Her face changed—soft, hungry.
"They’re gone," she said quietly. "We have time."
Kai stood up. "You sure?"
She walked to him. Put her hands on his chest. "Yes. I want you again. Now. In our bed. While the house is empty."
Kai picked her up. Carried her upstairs to the master bedroom.
She didn’t stop him.
Inside, she pulled off her dress fast. Naked again. Lay back on the bed Thorne slept in every night.
Kai undressed. His cock hard.
She spread her legs. "Come here. Fill me again."
He climbed on top. Pushed inside her in one slow thrust.
Elara moaned loud—no need to be quiet now.
"Yes... just like that... deeper..."
Kai fucked her hard. The bed shook. She wrapped her legs around him.
"Better than last night," she gasped. "I can take all of you now. No pain. Just pleasure."
Kai thrust faster. "You’re mine."
"Yes," she said. "Yours. All yours."
She came first—hard, shaking, crying out his name.
Kai kept going. Pushed deep. Came inside her again. Filled her up.
They lay together after. Breathing heavy.
Elara touched her stomach. "I think... I might be pregnant. I feel different." 𝕗𝐫𝐞𝕖𝕨𝐞𝗯𝚗𝕠𝘃𝐞𝚕.𝐜𝗼𝚖
Kai kissed her. "Good."
She smiled. "I want it. Your child. Not his."
Kai nodded. "You’ll have it."
They cleaned up. Fixed the bed. Went downstairs like nothing happened.
When Thorne came home later, Elara greeted him with a kiss. Normal wife.
But she looked at Kai across the room. Eyes full of promise.
