Transmigrated As The Final Villain of a Death Game-Chapter 191: Rachel [ 3 ]
"Any more chains I should know about?"
Rachel shook her head.
"None remain. You only need to remove the shackle in my heart. Focus your energy into my heart, and you’ll find it."
Yeah, well, I get that, but...
"Is there any way in particular you want me to do this? I don’t want to accidentally destroy your heart."
"It’s very easy."
Rolling my eyes at her statement, I decided to just go with it.
I approached her from behind and then put my hand on her slender back. As my hand rested over her heart, I took a deep breath and finally infused my energy inside her body.
For a moment, nothing happened, but once I spotted her human-like veins and began trailing them, I felt a massive pump of energy recoil back at me, sending a single spurt of blood from my nose.
I hadn’t realized what happened. That was until I continued to follow her veins leading to her heart.
There was something pulsating inside her heart. I couldn’t see it well with my Blood Sight, but by utilizing my Mystic Eyes and flowing my energy directly into her heart, I was met with a strange sight.
Her heart was like a giant dark cosmos with no end in sight. Yet when my energy interacted with whatever was inside her heart, it seemed to set off a chain reaction, which sent a golden light throughout the dark cosmos, lighting it up one star at a time.
In just a few seconds, the inside of her heart was as bright as the night sky I once saw when I was a kid.
It was nothing short of beautiful.
Constellations, nebulas, and even several stars all circled around me and illuminated this seemingly empty heart.
Though as breathtaking as the sight was, among the beautiful darkness was a looming threat at the very bottom of her heart. It seemed to suck all the light from the surrounding stars, and upon closer look, I realized exactly what this circular thing that sucked all light was.
A black hole.
For starters, I used a tiny portion of my energy to interact with the black hole.
The black hole drained my energy and slightly grew in size.
For one, I knew that whatever Rachel was showing me here was an illusion. An illusion I couldn’t see through.
But perhaps she deemed it easier to solve the problem this way.
Let’s see... The most natural answer here would be to reverse the electromagnetic field of the black hole and thus cause it to dissipate.
Sadly, I wasn’t strong enough to do that yet.
But remembering how Rachel specifically mentioned "absorption," I decided to use this black hole to strengthen my Telekinesis.
And the way I’d do that was simple.
I closed my eyes for a moment and took a step back.
"I need you to sit down and cross your legs."
Rachel listened obediently and did just that. I sat behind her and put both of my hands on her back.
I think it was called the Qi transfusion technique or something...?
I didn’t get it from All Routes Lead To Death!
Instead, it was one of those cultivation games I remember seeing a few videos about. Obviously, it looked very stupid, and I never thought something like this would come in handy until now.
But since transferring energy this way was very efficient, I soon used my Mystic Eyes and returned back inside her heart.
I opened several dozen pathways inside my heart and extended them toward both of my arms.
The idea was that I’d use the right arm to irritate the black hole and the left to try and drain the black hole’s energy.
And so, I decided to try out my reckless idea right away.
With my right arm, I sent out a few bits of my energy into her heart. That, in turn, irritated the black hole and caused it to enlarge and suck up my energy.
The moment it enlarged, I used my left hand and forced a tiny sliver of the black hole’s energy to enter my body. However, because of how unstable the energy of the black hole was, my left arm was quickly turned into a blob of unrecognizable flesh.
But despite that, the dark energy managed to travel directly into my heart, and before it could settle into any corner of my heart, the energy of my Telekinesis attacked it and began rapidly absorbing it.
Within just a few minutes, that small portion of energy I had absorbed fully assimilated with my energy. Specifically, the Telekinesis energy that seemed extremely compatible with this foreign energy.
Of course, since I didn’t want a repeat of what happened last time, when those bastards put the fragment inside my heart, I made sure to triple-check for anything off.
In the end, the only issue I found with this energy was that it was volatile. Otherwise, it was safe.
Though...
Clementine’s definitely going to be mad at me since this might take a while.
***
After several days of going back and forth with the energy of that black hole, it had become as small as a pebble.
So now, I didn’t even feel threatened by it, to the point where I got closer with my Mystic Eyes, and when I felt a slight pull, I used my left hand to absorb the remainder of the energy.
When I was done, the entire cosmos inside her heart began to glow as all the darkness was replaced by light. Small planets appeared everywhere, and even some floating islands that resembled Elise’s.
But it looked like I couldn’t admire her heart any longer as she suddenly pushed my energy out of her heart and sent me skidding across the ground until I hit a wall.
For a moment, I felt an overwhelming pressure envelop me, but it instantly faded.
And as I glanced ahead, I spotted Rachel.
Her previously white hair had turned black. As for her eyes, they remained white.
Just like mine?
Why does she look like me?
"You’re gawking," Rachel said.
"Oh. My bad."
I stood up and dusted myself off.
My body felt much stronger than before. Though when I glanced at my status screen, I didn’t see much of a change to my stats.
Almost like whatever that change was primarily targeted my energy.
Or rather... It seemed like I was blind, because one thing did change.
★★ → ★★★Telekinesis [Expert → Master] (Lv.1)
I brute-forced Telekinesis into Master rank.
Jeez...
It even went up a star.
Does that mean it became even more powerful than before?
I couldn’t wait to test it.
But for now, I needed to deal with another matter.
Rachel.
"You’re free now, right?"
She nodded slowly.
"I am free. But I mustn’t linger for too long here. I don’t want my siblings to be used for the humans’ brutish experiments, so I must free them also."
Then go?
...is what I wanted to say.
But when I saw her approaching me with her fists clenched, I knew we were about to have a lot more than a simple conversation.
