Once the demon finished transforming, he suddenly gave a flap of his recovered wings and flew into the air.

The gust of wind that was generated from this flap of his wings was so strong that everyone that had been near the demon was blown away.

They were all thrown to the ground violently by that gust of wind.

Even when it reached me, I could tell how strong it was and at the same time, it seemed that there was some demonic energy that was incorporated into this gust of wind. That was because the light of the lamp around me suddenly started to release smoke when the wind hit it.

That was the sign of the lamp purifying the dark energy that was in this wind.

After that flap of his wings, the demon went straight into the air and seemed to block out the sun itself.

As he flew there in the air, the demon began laughing once more before saying, "You’ve missed your chance! Now that I’ve been powered up by the artifact from my upper realm, you won’t be able to beat me even with those Divine Artifacts! This is the difference in level between you and me!"

After saying this, the demon pointed a hand at me and there were blood red spikes that suddenly came out of his hand. These blood red spikes flew right through the air and slammed into the light of the lamp.

Though they started smoking because they came in contact with the lamp, it didn’t seem like they were going to stop.

So I had no choice but to jump out of the way of the blood spears.

"What is that throne?" I couldn’t help asking the system as I jumped out of the way.

The system was silent for a bit before saying, "It’s a High Grade Immortal Artifact. It is a demonic artifact that contains a large amount of demonic energy and drawing from it, this demon can become strong enough to face you even if you have Divine Artifacts." After a pause, the system added, "That is because you’re too weak to draw out the full power of the Divine Artifact."

There was a trace of bitterness that filled me after hearing the system say this, but I didn’t complain since there was nothing that I could say.

At the same time, it wasn’t the time to say it since there was still a problem to face.

The system was silent for a bit before laying out the plan.

I was certainly surprised by the plan that the system had, but it really seemed like it was the only way.

So I said, "Let’s do it then."

With that, I raised the lamp high up above my head and gave a roar.

As if responding to this, the lamp suddenly lit up with a bright light.

This was a light that was much brighter than any other light that it had released before.

The demon that had been in the middle of throwing the blood red spear suddenly stopped mid throw. It was as if he had been completely taken aback by the bright light that appeared.

It was even hard for the demon to look at the source of the bright light, but he had to since he could feel the power that was coming from the lamp.

It was clear that there was something happening.

The light of the lamp became brighter and brighter until it suddenly stopped.

Only it didn’t stop in the way that one might think.

The lamp itself stopped glowing, but the light separated from the lamp and started flying through the air.

It took the form of a ball of light that flew right through the air, heading in the direction of the demon.

The demon knew that this wasn’t a good thing for him, so he immediately threw the spear at the ball of light before turning to run. Even if he had gained power from the throne, he could tell that it wasn’t enough to face this ball of light.

However, the demon could also tell that this was most likely a desperate last attempt attack by the enemy.

So as long as he avoided this, it would be enough for him to win this fight.

He just had to avoid this ball of light.

But in the middle of flying away, there were bolts of lightning that suddenly came down from the sky.

The demon had been too distracted by the light of the lamp that he hadn’t noticed the clouds that had gathered above him. These clouds were filled with lightning and that lightning rained down.

So the one that was attacking now was the heaven’s will.

The heaven’s will was actually interfering in matters of the realm and attacking this demon.

They were all ganging up on the demon.

The demon was strong enough to resist the tribulation lightning without a single problem.

Only the tribulation lightning had accomplished its goal.

In the first place, the tribulation lightning was only sent down to distract the demon while the ball of light came at it.

The demon wasn’t able to escape the ball of light since it had been distracted by the lightning that fell down on it.

The ball of light immediately swallowed the demon when it made contact.
