Extra And MC-Chapter 198 - 194 - Fracture
-BOOOOOOOOOOMMM-!!!
No sooner had that gargantuan explosion happened from afar, Magnus who had fired the railgun with a tablet in his hands excitedly said, his voice booming and echoing across the expanse of the sea;
"Haha! Say hello to my little friend!"
No sooner had those words escaped his mouth though, he soon felt multiple gazes on the back of his head, most of whom were from Flenor Island’s Powerhouses.
Honestly, if looks could kill, Magnus would be dead.
But, considering they had been made aware of this, the newly created railgun at the conference a few days back, they simply ignored it and waited for him to lead the charge with his fellow Obelisk Arms.
Since most of them had strong criminal records, with the exception of Evie and Ashildr, both of whom weren’t present, they were basically being used as the first line of assault against the Demon King’s army.
Sacrifices, one might say.
If they died here, it was of benefit to all the Nations.
If they didn’t, their powers would be of great help in the war.
It was a win-win scenario for them and unfortunately, a terrible situation for the Obelisk Arms themselves, all of whom were very much unwilling to die in a place like this and at the mercy of their enemies turned allies.
Added to that, there was a clause in a contract that had been signed with each and every one of them, one that stated that if they did survive and help out well enough in the war, they would be exonerated for their crimes and allowed to move about on patrol.
That, especially, was the main motivator for Rigurd, Quinn and many other members of other dark organizations to lend their hand to a proper, non-diabolical cause.
Magnus especially, needed this, an avenue for him to repair a broken relationship with an old friend of his, one whom he briefly glanced over to from a corner of his eye.
Darius too, who was standing beside Cordelia, noticed his gaze for a split moment but simply maintained his eyes on the horizon, one that caused the Obelisk Arm to sigh inwardly.
"Well! That’s the signal everyone!" Magnus’s voice, back to his typical love for the theatrics, boomed across the expanse of Qilos Republic’s frosty shores, audible enough for everyone to hear.
"Today, will determine, our fates!" he continued, his voice now solemn.
"Will we, finally, lose to the Demon King after millenniums?! Or will we prevail?!"
"Frankly, I do not know!"
"But, as long as there’s blood in our veins, and Arcanora is our home, we will fight, to the very, very end!" he concluded his short war speech.
The moment everyone heard those words, despite knowing fully well that the man was an Obelisk Arm, they still got fired up and steeled their resolves, all whilst waiting for that singular word of command.
Magnus on the other hand, eyes locked onto the Frontlines whose terrains, after being obliterated by the Railgun, was rapidly getting reconstructed again, almost as if time was reverting to a few moments before its destruction, let out a booming battle cry;
"Charge!!!"

Beelzebub’s Generals, along with the upper-tiered demons, were caught slightly off-guard by the descent of the deadly ray.
However, due to how quickly they had protected themselves with their respective abilities, they were able to minimize as much damage as possible.
That said, as they watched the scenery beneath them, a million of their troops obliterated in no less than a few seconds, a controlled wave of immense anger simmered beneath their cold facades.
"It doesn’t matter. They were simply weak. That’s why they’re dead." they soon heard the raspy, cool voice of their Liege, cascade over to their ears as he continued speaking;
"The humans are a race that should never be underestimated. Underestimate them, and you’ll lose, horribly."
"Gaia, afterall, didn’t decide to settle down on this planet on a whim." he concluded, his eyes staring at Xavier who was just as pristine-looking as he previously was, even though he was right in the epicenter of the blast, just as they had been.
"Which is why, I’ll never make that mistake again." The Demon King concluded, his expression turned serious in an instant.
No sooner had he said that, Beelzebub snapped his fingers and instantly, another irregular fissure, much larger than the first, opened up on the terrain of the Frontlines which had reverted back to its original state, courtesy of the spell Xavier had previously used to remodel it.
And just like that, as if the first million troops had just being a test drive, another troop, containing hundreds of thousands of demons, all of whom had much stronger armor and weapons on their beings, rushed out to fill the expanse of the Frontlines with resounding battle cries.
At the exact same time, the battle cries of the human race, all of whom were instantly mass teleported to the Frontlines with Magnus’s [Hybrid Series], simultaneously appeared, the two parties, running towards themselves with one singular goal in mind.
Winning this war.
Not a single moment wasted, blood spurted, heads rolled, limbs were severed.
That, and so much more, among many others, happened.
A bloody war.
This was going to be an exceedingly, bloody war.
Soon, Astaroth, Evangel, Kilgor, and Zarok soon joined, all of them in the high-tiered SSS-ranked range, clashing with other SSS-tiered rankers.
Vespar on the other hand, made Xavier his priority, launching himself at the speed of sound to attack the man.
As for Beelzebub, he was more concerned about the contraption that was used to fire such a deadly ray with literally next to no mana in it, possibly firing another beam of such magnitude and power.
This, as a result, ended up making his destruction of said contraption, his top priority.
Raising his gaze and staring upwards, way past the stratosphere and other layers of the sky, his inhuman eyes, soon spotted the giant contraption present in space.
Slowly, the Demon King, raised his palms to the sky.
Instantly, an ominous, dark, churning orb of complete nether energy, enough to obliterate an entire nation, shot out of his palms, hurtling at a speed faster than the speed of sound, straight towards The Sentinel.
Tracing the energy with his eyes, watching as it neared the contraption in less than a few seconds, Beelzebub’s face, contorted into an instant frown when he noticed two figures, dashing right towards it from the moon.
"What?" he muttered in slight confusion.
Instantly, with flapped wings, one that created a pressurized burst of wind that displaced everything within vicinity, one of his fellow upper-tiered demon even losing a limb, the Demon King hurtled and accelerated at an unthinkable speed through the skies.
-TWOOOM-!!!
In the fraction of a second, Beelzebub disappeared from the vicinity, his expression solemn and cold.
Moving at a speed that was even faster than the malicious orb of energy he had fired, the Demon King had another frown settle on his face when the features of the two figures in question, became clearer.
But more than that, as he watched them come ever closer to his orb of condensed nether energy, he felt a familiar wave of energy emanating from them, one that instantly caused him to bellow!
"Why do you two, have such power?!"

(A few minutes earlier…)
"He’s not a fool, and neither is he ignorant." Sigrun stated as she watched the railgun being fired from afar once the order from Magnus was given.
Watching the obliteration of the first wave of the demonic race by concentrating enough Prana in her eyes, her expression stoic as ever, Morrigan, along with Ashildr and Senya, glanced over to the two youths, both of whom were focusing solely on Beelzebub through the same method.
And then, the moment he released that malicious orb of pure nether energy, just as the Valkyries and Xavier had predicted, they both instantly turned around, making their way over to the circular edge of the moon.
Completely unaffected by the change in gravity, an after effect of Aiden using a basic gravity spell on he and his brother to maintain normalcy, they soon heard one of the Valkyries speak to them.
"You two better come back in time for the third wave." Sigrun said, a concerned expression, one that wasn’t like her, gracing her features.
The other Valkyries, also had a similar expression on their features but the two youths, simply waved their worries off with a gesture of their hands.
Smiling a bit, one that was noticeable through their side frames, Aiden’s lustrous black hair with the interspersed strands of white, gradually turned white while Flynn’s aquamarine eyes, took on a full-shade of cerulean blue as it glowed majestically.
Not a single fraction of a second wasted after that, they propelled themselves off the natural satellite and hurtled at frankly unreadable speeds, straight towards the ball of condensed nether energy, a mini crater left on the moon in their wake.
-TWOOOMM-!!!
At the exact same time, they watched from a fairly far distance as Beelzebub caught wind of them, his voice bellowing!
"Why do you two, have such power?!"
However, without even responding to him, Aiden, extended his hands towards the orb as he used his authority;
"((Fracture))."
Instantly, just has his hands grabbed onto the orb of nether energy, a simultaneous crack in the expanse of space, opened with a fracturing sound, one that was akin to the way the Fabric Warp opened a massive fissure for them to invade Arcanora.
-KRAAACCCKKK-!!!
The moment Beelzebub watched the phenomenon happen before his eyes, realizing where exactly they were going to and what they needed his nether energy for, he let out another furious bellow!
"Noooooo!!!"
Accelerating to his max speed, one that definitely made him faster than the speed of sound, Beelzebub was almost about to enter through the same reverse fissure as the youths!

Only to be knocked off-course by a brutal wave of golden energy that sent him flying, straight into the moon, a deep crater forming on its pale, barren surface!
-WHAM-!!!
-THOOM-!!!
Quickly unlodging himself out of said crater, not a single damage taken, Beelzebub’s gaze turned pale as he watched the reverse fissure, close up in an instant!
Just like that, the situation he was trying to prevent was set in motion.
No sooner had that happened though, The Demon King’s expression turned deathly cold as he landed his gaze on the Valkyries standing a few meters away from him, all of whom were returning the same exact, deathly cold glare.
