Atlas and the women stayed in the Otherworld for a while as the red dragon was going on a rampage, looking for them. By the time the empire moved north he was sitting on the back of Theo.

Amethyst transformed into her phoenix form as the two of them left the realm and rushed north. He parent's mansion only to noticed they were getting ready to flee as the Montague Guards secures the road.

Following that, Atlas spoke to Theo, the Blood Bat King. ''Land in the garden, I need to speak with me father.''

Moments later, the monster landed with a quiet thud just as Amethyst's voice echoed in his mind. 'I'll scout the surrounds my love.'

'Okay,' he replied. 'Be careful out there.' 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦

Afterward, Atlas climbed off the monster's back, approached the older man, and spoke. ''Evening, Father.''

''My boy! The emperor has ordered us to flee to the northern castles. The Achaemenidians are heading this way with a small army of dragons,'' his Father revealed.

''Yes, I know,'' he replied with a sigh. ''I fought a green one and killed it, but it just angered the others.''

Eldric waved him away with a chuckle. ''There's nothing you could have done, my son. What are you planning to do?''

He thought for a moment, just as Amethyst reappeared and transformed into her human form with a panicked expression. ''They are here! The Achaemenid Vanguard are a few miles away.''

When his father heard it, his face paled, but Atlas reassured the older man. ''Get the people out now. Amethyst and I will hold them off as long as possible.''

Eldric's eyes widened; he went to speak but was stopped. ''Father, we can deal with it. I have so many monsters to use.''

''Okay, boy,'' the older man said, giving him and Amethyst a hug. ''Be careful, you two. Thank you for everything you've done.''

Following that, Atlas climbed on Theos's back as the purple-haired young woman transformed once again. They took off and started flying toward the incoming enemies, only to be shocked when screeches echoed across the sky.

His eyes widened when he saw a swarm of strange-looking bat creatures, which offended Theo as his voice echoed in his mind. 'They mutated them, Master, I can sense the evil magic on it.'

Atlas nodded, summoning his army of Savage Bloodhawks. They shot out of the azure portals that opened around him and crashed into the mutant bats and started fighting with them.

Moments later, a cascade of violet flames streaked across the heavens, unleashed by Amethyst's potent magic. The blazing torrent left his creatures unharmed, their forms remained untouched, and it reduced the empire's monstrous beasts to ash and ruin.

Witnessing the devastating display, he leapt from Theo's back with agile grace, landing lightly as the Bat King, wings unfurled, clashed fiercely with the enemy leader in a storm of fang and fury.

Atlas fell toward the army below, and he sent dozens of Void Bombs flying toward the soldiers of the empire. When the projectiles connected with the ground, explosions rocked the landscape.

The earth trembled violently as an overcharged spell erupted, obliterating soldiers in its wake and leaving chaos in its path. Seconds later, he hit the ground with a thud, his boots sinking into the churned soil.

Wasting no time, he drew his blade and carved through the stunned enemies, their shock rendering them easy prey. In the same fluid motion, he summoned a horde of Savage Void Bears that surged forth with primal ferocity.

The monsters crashed into the Achaemenid lines like a living tide, their razor-sharp claws slashing and their jagged teeth rending flesh. The air filled with the panicked cries of the enemy, their ranks crumbling under the relentless assault as terror gripped their hearts.

As this was happening, Theo dive-bombed the war machines that tried to take out the Bloodhawks, but they dodged the projectiles as the Blood Bat King destroyed them by running his claws through them.

Explosions followed behind, shaking the ground as the bears washed over the enemy soldiers until they finally started getting killed thanks to being ganged up on by spearmen who managed to keep them back.

Atlas gritted his teeth, using Void Guard to defend himself as Achaemenid Mages hit him with a wave of spells. The barrier held firm until a screech echoed out, and Amethyst dived down.

Her claws decimated the attackers just as a portal opened, and Nulia rushed through in her Frostbear form and crashed into the mages. The young woman destroyed them just as a massive snake joined the fight.

Medusa crushed any enemy in her way and cleared space for the others to join. Lilith appeared in her Honey Badger form. She went batshit crazy and slammed into heavy soldiers.

Thanks to her power, it pushed them back just as a rain of Mana Bolts slammed into the remaining mages. The brunette Artemis stepped out of the portal, taking out the soldiers of the empire with her sling.

The bolts flew through the air and slammed into dozens of enemies, that got sent flying because of the force. As she did this, Grishna and Estelle covered her alongside Zena who deflected several attacks before cutting down more enemies.

As this was happening, Noorah rushed up to Atlas in her fox form, climbing up his body until her voice sounded in his mind. 'Husband! The enemies are pushing forward; pull the girls back.'

When he heard this, his head snapped toward the Empire's army, only to realize that it was growing bigger. Following this, he summoned all of them back to the Otherworld and sent forward an army of Ghouls.

The creepy humanoids crashed into the enemy frontline to hold them back as Estelle demanded as she appeared beside him. ''What was the meaning of doing that?''

Atlas turned toward the blonde, pointing in the distance. ''The Achaemenids are bringing in their special weapon. Noorah saw it after leaving the portal.''

Estelle's eyes widened as several dragon roars echoed across the landscape, prompting him to summon dozens of King Bloodhawks. The massive birds flew out of the portal and were the size of the incoming enemies.

They were supported by thousands of Savage Bloodhawks, and when the dragons appeared, the monsters descended upon them. He watched the giant lizards become confused as his beasts annoyed them.

Atlas followed that up and summoned two dozen before the monsters started throwing nearby boulders into the sky. The large projectiles sliced through the air and connected with the baffled enemy.

The massive stone hurtled through the air, smashing into one of the dragons and shredding its wings. The beast plummeted, crashing into the army below with a thunderous impact, causing complete chaos.

Witnessing the chaos, Atlas dropped into a crouch, his sudden movement drawing a wide-eyed stare from Estelle. But there was no time to hesitate. Channeling his mana, he launched himself at the nearest dragon in an explosive burst of energy.

As he closed the distance, he enveloped his body in a coat of mana and collided with the creature. The sheer force of the impact rippled outward, tearing one of the dragon's legs clean off in a spray of blood and scales.

Atlas fell toward the ground with a smile as the dragon went to bite him, but he gave it a middle finger before using Void Step to appear above with his hand raised with an overcharged Void Lance.

He sent the projectile flying toward the base of the monster's neck, and it started burrowing through, only to instantly kill it. Atlas chuckled before dropping past the beast as a screech echoed.

Amethyst swooped in and picked him up as Raymond crashed into another dragon. The Stormeagle's talons cracked scales while his beak ripped out an eye before flinging its body toward the ground.

Atlas laughed at this as the phoenix spun to dodge a wave of arrows, causing her flames to burn the attack, but a horrible feeling washed over him. His head snapped toward the enemy, only to see a massive black dragon.

Its maw opened as a stream of fire flew toward them quicker than he could react, but moments later, Raymond appeared and took the attack while letting out a screech and vanishing back to the Otherwide.

Moments later, the remaining Bloodhawks and their kings descended on the enemy and tore it apart in a savage fury. Atlas used his magic to redirect his fall as another dragon tried to bite him.

While this was happening Estelle watched the sky with wide blue eyes as Grishna joined her and chuckled. ''Looks like we tied ourselves to a madman. I can't believe he killed one of those monsters, it's impressive.''

''We did, indeed,'' the blonde said, her smile warm and genuine. ''But I wouldn't choose anyone else. He's destined to become the greatest warrior of our age, and to think we'll be by his side, challenging the empire together, it's something I never imagined I'd witness.''
