" Are you feeling okay?", Jessie showed her concern, sipping juice from her glass. She was dressed formally today. Seems like, she was preparing to go somewhere.

Jessie was observing Ayra’s grim expression ever since she came down to have her breakfast. She was looking like she was in pain. Ayra mumbled rubbing on her stomach slowly,

" Yeah.. It’s just.. stomachache.."

The pain wasn’t too much unbearable. It was more likely a bad stomach pain when the food didn’t digest healthily. So she didn’t think too much and treated it randomly. Jessie hummed low and suggested offering fruit juice to Ayra,

" Here, have more! Fruits are natural thing. You should avoid burning foods for now."

Ayra hummed accepting her sweet gesture with a small and spoke after taking a sip,

" I heard that you are going for your trial in Davina today? Is that true?"

Jessie gave her a low hum and devoured her food awkwardly. Her silence surprised Ayra who couldn’t stop herself from asking,

" Must you go, sister Jessie? You know, Prince Shanz hates our family."

Jessie shrugged knitting her brows together,

" He won’t dare to harm me, Ayra. Don’t worry about me! He just wants to put me on trouble."

Although, Jessie spoke out randomly, Ayra could detect the trust, confident behind her words something that you can only feel when you care for someone deeply. Ayra smiled sadly and replied pulling her eyes over Jessie,

" You are so sure. Is it because you think that he still loves you so much that he can’t afford to hurt you?"

Jessie paused between her chewing and stared up at Ayra cluelessly. She and Shanz were impossible. Besides, he had plenty of women in his side now. Why would he bother to still love someone unruly like her?

Jessie mumbled without wanting to reveal her emotions in front of Ayra,

" I was just saying.. Anyways, I have to leave now, Ayra. Take care of yourself!"

She stood up quickly and headed straight for her awaiting carriage to start her journey for Davina. Ayra smiled at her retreating back sadly.

Siblings of this family are so bad at expressing emotions!

Somewhere far away from Dixon Palace, a valley covered in floating haze, trees peeked their heads from the haze barely. Everything about the valley was all a mystery. Even birds didn’t want to find their shelter in the valley because of its poor state as though the things in this valley never had seen spring in their entire lifespan. All this poor condition had happened because of someone living and roaming in this valley.

Debisa tried to peer through his painful eyes when the sound of footsteps got closer. Lifting his chained head up slightly, he saw the Hayden coming at his way with a smirk. Debisa was in poor condition ever since he was held captive by Hayden. His giant body were also covered in injuries, blood because of being chained consistently for days. Hayden never set him free for a single moment and he was getting so weak that the fear of death sometimes lurked in Debisa’s mind.

Hayden parted his mouth to say something when another voice pulled from back,

" I told you! He won’t agree!"

Smirking, Hayden turned to face Oscar who was flaring his nostrils. Hayden chuckled raising his brows playfully,

" Relax, King Oscar! We have a better day ahead. Did you believe that it will be too easy?"

Oscar rumbled stepping closer,

" Do what you need! But keep your words! You promised me that you will give Jasmine back to life."

Hayden chuckled turning around to look down at Debisa who couldn’t open his eyes properly,

" Of course! How can I forget?"

Oscar narrowed his eyes at Debisa without any sympathy and rumbled angrily,

" Why are you keeping his pet? Debisa isn’t helpful for you!"

Hayden grinned wide, glaring deep at Debisa who was in poor state. He elaborated slowly,

" That’s why, you lost everything too fast, King Oscar because you are too impatient. Debisa, was also your pet? Isn’t it? But you know nothing of it."

Oscar’s frown deepened as he growled sharply,

" What.. what do you mean?"

Hayden smirked crunching down to pat on Debisa’s head which he didn’t appreciate it. Debisa moved away from his touch that broadened the malicious grin on Hayden’s face. He replied casually,

" This sweet dragon Debisa..he has developed the power of seeing future.."

" What?", Oscar shouted, disbelieving and widening his eyes at Debisa. Hayden hummed before getting up from the ground,

" Yes, that’s the reason, I can’t let him go back to Cedric. He will alert him for sure. I can’t let him ruining my plan."

Oscar sutured, wishing that Debisa had this power when Cedric was born so that he could killed Cedric and saved Jasmine at that time,

" What.. what are you planning for Cedric and that girl..?"

Hayden laughed mysteriously, enjoying Oscar’s state as a fool. Walking around Debisa, he emphasized his words clearly,

" Nothing especial! I just want Cedric turn into a true demon. Then everything will fall in places."

Oscar replied confidently,

" No! He will never agree. Cedric cares for his sisters and that girl. He will never allow himself to leave his family."

" That’s why, I am here, King Oscar. I will force him to take the place of true demon. As long as he is being threatened, he will give up sooner or later.", Hayden added with a grin and continued speaking, sitting down beside Debisa again,

" I will take all his weapons away one by one..his pets..his sisters..his kingdom..then..."

He paused midway mysteriously and Oscar’s face turned dark, hearing the mention of his daughters from Hayden’s mouth. Hayden added shortly after that, breaking into a big grin,

" Ayra..my future wife..my slayer..my mate.."
