According to legend, Regirock was one of the Pokémon created by Regigigas, crystallized from the energy of rocks.

Like Hikaru, all the Pokémon present—whether it was Lilligant, Petilil, or the Voltorb and Electrode—became extremely tense!

It saw Lilligant fighting to protect its tribe, understanding what it meant to guard something precious. That was admirable, so this stone was meant to help Lilligant grow stronger.

Realizing this, Hikaru hurriedly accepted the orange stone.
