The Young master's fake bride and her lucky system-Chapter 87: Asking hubby for a kiss.
Alix leaned forward and smiled mysteriously. "Hubby, you know that gift that I want you to give me tonight. I think I finally know what I want."
Caishen leaned back in his wheelchair and looked at Alix suspiciously. She had been watching him and licking her lips, what was she thinking?
"What are you thinking miss Lin?" he asked directly.
Alix stuck her tongue out playfully and giggled.
"Hubby Zhang, is it okay if I ask for a kiss?"
It was not what she was originally planning to ask him but watching him lick his lips like that so sensually in her opinion made her curious. What would it be like if they kissed?

In her mind, she heard the blue elf saying, "Oh, this perverted host, I knew you would reveal your true self sooner or later. Tsk, tsk, poor Zhang Caishen."
"Keep quiet." she yelled at it and muted it.
Caishen scoffed and he laughed. She was a direct and shameless woman. He knew it from the moment she told him that she did not want a sexless marriage when they met.
"Miss Lin, aren't you being too forward and shameless?"
"Why? Is it wrong for me to want a kiss from my husband? The man I like so much." she responded.
Caishen rolled his eyes and he moved his arms from the table to his laps.
"Are you that horny miss Lin?"
"For you, yes." she said seriously.
Caishen wheeled his chair closer to hers and stopped as close to her as he could.
"Look at me." he told her in a serious voice.
Alix gulped and turned her head in his direction. A part of her heart was pounding, anticipating what was to come. Would he kiss her or not?
Her breathing became slightly rapid and shivers broke out all over her skin.
Caishen raised his hand and touched her cheek.
"I believe that your ears are turning an embarrassing shade of red miss Lin."
They were not just red but warm. Alix raised her hands and covered the tips of her ears.
"I asked for a kiss, not to be teased." she mumbled.
Caishen chuckled openly.
"And now your face is turning an interesting shade of red. I thought you said that you were shameless. This looks like shame to me. Or are you shy?"
Alix's hands moved from her ears to her eyes and she pouted, laughing at herself under her breath.
"I am not shy at all, absolutely not." she whispered.
"Methinks the lady doth protest too much." he said in English, in a low voice.
Caishen took his hand away from her cheek and moved his wheel chair away from her slowly, creating a little distance between them.
"I do not think you are eager to initiate this part of our lives. I do not mind taking it slowly."
Alix's hands slipped away from her eyes and she yelled out. "No, no, no. I am more than ready."
She heard herself and she covered her mouth with her hand.
"Shut up Alix." she said to herself. She was talking too much and not saying the right things.
Caishen leaned against the back of his chair and laughed loudly.
"For the kiss, not the other things." Alix corrected.
Wait, she thought suddenly. What if he thinks I don't want to have a physical relationship for the wrong reasons.
"I would love to do other things too as our relationship progresses." she added.
Feeling a bit shameless, she turned her face away from him and looked at the wall.
"It must be very hard for you to control yourself around me since you like me so much. I wonder how you have been able to sleep next to me at night so cozily" he said.
"Like a baby." she blurted.
"So, no cold showers." he teased.
She glared at him and huffed.
"Hubby Zhang, enough with the teasing."
She carried her almost empty plate of food, his barely touched one and the empty glass of milk to the kitchen and put them in the sink.
When she came out of the kitchen, it was with milk in a bottle for Caishen.
"You are going to drink this upstairs before bed."
Caishen recalled the taste of the milk on his tongue and he nodded. He could drink ten glasses of this milk if it was possible.
"And baby?" he asked.
Alix revealed a smaller bottle in her left hand.
"She has a bowl in our bedroom, I will pour this in for her."
With that answer, he was satisfied and they went upstairs to engage in their nightly rituals before getting into bed.
Caishen was about to close his eyes when Alix rolled over to his side of the bed with her sly smile.
"Hubby Zhang, goodnight kiss." she reminded him.
Caishen tilted his head and revealed his cheek.
"Hubby," she poked his cheek and called coquettishly.
Caishen sighed as if he was exasperated. If he had a dollar for every time she called him hubby, he would be able to buy something nice at the end of the year.
"What is it?" he asked.
Alix smiled and touched her lips, then she pouted and made kissy sounds.
"Mmm,"
He looked at her curiously. Was she angling for a kiss on the lips? he wondered.
"Close your eyes." he told her.
Alix looked doubtful. What was he planning?
He raised his hand and touched her cheek, and slowly the hand moved to her neck.
"Don't you want that goodnight kiss?" he asked in a soft voice.
"No teasing." she told him.
"I promise." he said.
She closed her eyes, and tried to breathe while keeping the nervousness at bay. A part of her was curious about his intentions so she opened one of her eyes slowly and peeked at him.
Caishen tapped her lightly on her forehead. "I said no peeking."
Alix pouted and closed her eyes as he wanted.
She felt herself being pulled down slowly and heart raced. One of her hands moved to his chest and she used it to support her body.
This was it, their first kiss. She squealed inside, wishing for him to do it quickly.
"Open them now." he whispered.
Alix, wholly expectant did as he said and her eyes met those not of Caishen but of something else, her fat owl plushie. Just as her mind was processing what the owl plushie was doing there, Caishen pressed it's beak to her lips.
"There you go, goodnight kiss."
