"How do you feel knowing that your graduation ceremony is tomorrow?" Yang Meiyi asked a smiling Ma Xin.

Ma Xin furrowed her brow as if she was thinking and said "I feel great but I doubt my feelings could match a certain someone who hates going to classes."

"But I still went. I can proudly say the number of classes I miss a semester isn’t even up to five."

"I have a feeling that’s only because your mom monitors you like a hawk and let’s be honest, if that secret husband of yours didn’t push you to study, I wonder how many courses you would be re-writing by now."

"My husband is the best right?" Yang Meiyi said with a proud smile.

"I still can’t believe the both of you had a secret marriage and even to this date no one knows the two of you are not just engaged but married. And what’s even more surprising is that Wu Ling almost got you killed because of her affection for Zhang Chun."

A month after her accident, Fu Mingze was able to find the one who served her the orange juice, according to him, the server was reluctant to talk but after putting some pressure on him, he began to spill everything. Yang Meiyi who was curious had asked Fu Mingze how he pressured the server, but no matter how many times she asked, he always found a way to dismiss her question.

It turned out that, Wu Ling paid the server to spike her juice when she noticed she wasn’t drinking alcohol, the plan was to make her sleep with someone at the party and then leak the video to the world so that Zhang Chun would no longer have interest in her. She may not have known what happened to the server but Wu Ling’s admission was withdrawn from Suwei University and to be honest, she doesn’t care what happens to Wu Ling as long as she doesn’t set her eyes on her.

After the event, Sang Xiu asked her if she still wanted to stay at the dorm, and of course she said no, so the next day her mother gave her keys to an apartment close to her university, and she asked Ma Xin if she wanted to stay with her and was glad when Ma Xin agreed.

"You are going to see Fu Mingze right?" Ma Xin asked Yang Meiyi who was serving food in a cooler.

Yang Meiyi smiled at her friend and said "You should go out and get yourself a boyfriend, throughout our university days, you only dated one jerk."

"And that jerk was enough to tell me, I’m not ready for dating."

"And your friend is telling you that you just haven’t found the right person. Anyway, I have to go, I want to give him a surprise." Yang Meiyi said with a smile as she waved goodbye to Ma Xin and left.

"Are you all done?" Fu Mingze asked the men who were just looking at him, some were not even able to look him in his eyes. He sighed and said, "You had a month to bring me a better proposal and this was it?"

"First of all, we are building a shopping mall at Site B not a playground, and who gave the bright idea to send thugs to district B, do you think I will save any of you if your thug had killed someone? What use are any of you to me if I still need to think for you?"

"We are sorry sir. Give us a week, we will come up with a better proposal" A man in his late forties said, although for some reason their boss had become more lenient with them the man was still terrifying especially when he was calm.

Fu Mingze calm gaze looked at all of them and said "Fine. You all have a week to not give me a useless proposal and a week to vacate those people out of the building, increase the compensation if need be but I need those people out before the redevelopment is announced, do you all think you can do that for me within a week?"

"Yes....yes sir." They replied.

Fu Mingze stood and left the conference room without looking back, he glanced at Xia Lian who had followed him out, and asked "Do you think I have become too soft on them?"

"A little." Xia Lian replied without any hesitation.

Fu Mingze let out a grin and said "Send their sack letter to HR if they give me a shitty proposal next week."

Xia Lian smiled and said, "Yes sir."

"I have a meeting with Gem World in fifteen minutes, prepare the car. I left a document in my office."

"Isn’t Gem World a fashion company? The Fu group doesn’t have a hand there?"

"Indeed they don’t but I will be investing in Gem World and it’s not for the Fu group, it’s for my wife. Gem World is one of the top ten fashion companies in Country M and Meiyi has expressed her desire to work there, me investing is a bribe for them to take care of her while she is there."

Xia Lian nodded his head in understanding and said "I will go prepare the car."

As Xia Lian left, Fu Mingze also went to his office and was surprised when he saw Yang Meiyi sitting on his chair and flipping through the documents on his desk, he then smiled and said "I’m surprised you are reading something without even force to. Do you understand what you are reading?"

"Harsh President Fu. Are you underestimating your wife’s intelligence?" Yang Meiyi asked as she looked at him, she didn’t even hear him come in.

Fu Mingze chuckles and said "I dare not. After all my wife is now a graduate of the best university in Country M."

"Exactly, I can’t believe I survived four years in a university without rewriting any courses."

"Wasn’t that because you had a great tutor?" Fu Mingze asked with a smile.

"I did, didn’t I? I should try very hard to reward this tutor of mine."

Fu Mingze smiled and said, "Come here."

Yang Meiyi practically ran towards him and jumped on him.

Fu Mingze laughed softly when he caught her and heard her asking "Will you be able to attend my graduation ceremony tomorrow?"

Fu Mingze arranged the loose strands of her hair as he said "I wouldn’t miss it for anything."

Yang Meiyi smiled and pressed her lips to his, they kissed like that until Fu Mingze broke the kiss and said "I have a minute in less than fifteen minutes."

Instead of responding, Yang Meiyi’s lips moved to his ears, she bit his earlobe softly before sucking on it and whispered "We will be quick, I promise."

"Meiyi." Fu Mingze sighed her name in between kisses.

"We don’t even have to go to the room, we can just do it on the couch like last time." Yang Meiyi said as she sucked his lips and kissed him again.

Finally giving in, Fu Mingze held the back of her head and deepened the kiss, he laid her on the couch without breaking the kiss.

It was a good thing the office was soundproof, if not the whole office would have heard the sound of the passionate activity going on in their boss’s office.

After twenty minutes, Fu Mingze entered the car and said "The documents took me a while to find."

Xia Lian cleared his throat and said "Boss, you have something on your neck."

Fu Mingze frowned and opened his phone camera, he saw a hickey on his neck and said "Just drive."
