Once he broke through the limits of this lower realm, the first thought on my mind was...

I knew that the only way that I would be able to match this powerful demon that had broken through the limit of this lower realm was relying on my cheat, my golden finger, my system.

There was a moment of silence before the system said, "There’s no need for help. The system has already given you all the tools that you need to take care of this invader."

Then after a moment of silence, the system added, "Please promptly deal with this invader or else there might be another variable that appears."

I was surprised by the second half of what the system said, but I didn’t doubt the first half of the system’s words. Since the system said that I already had all of the things that I needed to deal with this demon, I knew that this would be the case.

As for what I needed to deal with this demon...

My eyes turned to the lamp that I was holding in my hand.

I knew that the system was referring to this.

I had already seen the power that the lamp had when it came to dealing with demonic energy, so I could guess what kind of effect it would have on this demon. Though I didn’t know exactly just how much of an effect it would have on a demon that had broken the limits of this lower realm.

Since the system said that I should do this quickly, I didn’t waste any time at all as I suddenly stepped forward.

The lackeys had still been in a daze when I started moving, but they quickly recovered and seemed like they wanted to follow me.

However, I stopped them with a simple shake of my head before saying, "Stay here and keep your barriers up to block the rain. I’ll take care of this myself."

The lackeys had disappointed looks in their eyes.

After all, they had gone through all of that training and in the end, it seemed that they weren’t able to help the person that they had gone through all of that hard training for.

But they didn’t insist on following since they knew that at this point, they would be nothing more than burdens if they insisted on following.

This enemy was much stronger than anything that they had faced before and if it wasn’t for their training, they would have been crushed by the aura of this enemy. It was only because they had been training in the space that the young master provided them that they were able to resist this aura.

So they knew that this was not something that they could face.

Mu Bao Bao had a complicated look on her face as she watched Lin Fan step forward.

She was probably the only one that really understood the level of power that this demon had reached since she had come from an upper realm herself. She knew what a cultivation level at the Human Immortal Realm meant, so she knew just how dangerous this situation was for them.

But she couldn’t stop him in the end since she had seen all of the strange things that he had done before.

"Ha, you’re stepping forward to offer yourself to me?" The demon suddenly turned to look at me as he said this.

The way that he said this made it clear that he knew who I was and that he was wary of me. But at the same time, it seemed like the wariness that he had towards me had faded a bit because he had broken through to the Human Immortal Realm.

Seeing that I wasn’t stopping, the demon laughed as he said, "You think that you can do anything to me? I’ve prepared all of this just to take you down. Once I do, I’ll take all of the things that you have and become the strongest being in this lower realm. When that time comes, it’ll be easy to accomplish my mission."

I didn’t say anything as I looked right at the demon with an unimpressed look.

With the way that I had a spear in one hand and a lamp in the other, it seemed like I was prepared to go all out against this demon.

Seeing me walk towards him like this made the demon slightly knit his brows, but then he said with a snort, "Humph, trying to act tough. I want to see just how long you can put up this facade!"

With that, he suddenly flapped his wings and flew into the sky.

After flying into the sky, he raised his hands above him and seemed to condense the scarlet rain that was around him in a single point in between his hands. All of that scarlet rain condensed into a single ball of scarlet water above him.

It was clear that he was gathering all of this demonic energy infused water for a single attack, but I didn’t do anything as I just watched him prepare this attack.

"Die!" The demon shouted as he suddenly dived down while bringing his hands down to throw the ball of scarlet water at me.

Even though I saw him doing this, I didn’t panic at all.

Only when he was almost right above me did I suddenly raise the lamp in my hand.

When I did, there was a beam of light that suddenly came out of the lamp.

The beam of light hit the ball of scarlet water and there was a fizzing sound that came from the ball of scarlet water.

"How could this be?" The demon said in a shocked voice.
